I married Charles L. Harper September 2, 1960- 47
wonderful-loving years this September- 4 children(1
girl, 3 boys) 10 grandchildren(4 yrs to 27 yrs), 2
great-grandchildren(2 yrs to 5 yrs) the love of my life.
We have lived in Quitman Mississippi in the same
house for 45 years. I baby sit A LOT now; love to
read, crochet, walk.
My husband was diagnosed with rectal cancer in
August 2005 - surgery in December 2005 - chemo
and radiation before surgery and chemo after
surgery. We have had a lot of follow up doctor
appointments these last two years. Prayers were
answered with the surgery- God is so good and has
been to me these last 50 years - and my whole life.
