After high school I went to California and
lived with my brother and his wife in La
Crescenta and worked in L.A. Returned to
Sulphur after a year and a half and went to
work in law offices in Lake Charles.
Married, had 3 children, divorced after 15
yrs. Went to work at PPG and remarried 9
yrs. later to a great guy I dated in high
school, Tommy Partin, who was in the Army
at the time. We spent some time in Europe
on a NATO assignment and then moved
back to Lake Charles after retirement. I
went back to work at the Stockwell Law
Offices and Tommy worked for Gus Schram
accounting firm. Then we retired again.
We love to play golf, take trips and yes,
visit grandchildren. Between the two of us,
we have 13 wonderful grandchildren.
