Mary Ann has been quilting for over thirty years. She teaches hand quilting and hand
appliqué techniques. Her work has been shown at most major quilt shows in the US. She
is a Master Quilter in her home guild - Glendale Quilt Guild. This is recognition of her
five major wins and multiple blue ribbon awards for specific categories.
She has had the pleasure of being published on the cover of Quilter's Newsletter.
While Mary Ann once focused on traditional quilts and techniques, she is now
expanding into non- traditional art quilts. Along the way she has developed a
reputation as a very respected maker of traditional Hawaiian quilts. She brings to this
work a different color and background approach.
